Our price is set after the mapping, so we work out the payback time with your figures in the first meeting. If they do not show the project paid back within 24 months, we say so.

## A + B − C, and nothing more

**A** Licences and contracts that can be cancelled. Accounting and payroll only if they go away.

**B** Admin that goes away with automation and AI: employees × minutes per week × weeks per year × hourly cost. Measured with the people doing the work, and only if the time is used for something else.

**C** New running costs you pay directly to the provider: server, database and AI.

The service agreement and project price are not included, since they are set after the mapping. You get both in the first meeting. This is an estimate from your assumptions, not a customer result. The example with 40 employees and 30 minutes gives SEK 354,000 per year before service agreement.
