# How it works, from mapping to the last cancellation

Seven steps in about 6 to 8 weeks: mapping, a foundation on your accounts, data migration, build, parallel run, switch and service agreement. The last payment falls due when the last old system is off.

# From mapping to the last cancellation

About 6 to 8 weeks for a mid-sized company. That is an estimate: the pace is usually set by how fast we get access to your systems and by your decisions, not by the coding. The AI review comes before step 1.

### Mapping

The big job: we collect logins and data from all your systems, so that we can recreate them, and go through contracts, costs and workflows. Done when we can reach everything and you have a process map, a cost picture and a fixed price.

### A foundation on your accounts

Code, servers, database, keys and AI accounts are set up in your name. Done when login, roles and logging work with your users.

### Data migration

All history is read across, old data as an archive. The old systems are only read. Done when counts and amounts match the old system, month by month.

### Build, one part at a time

Each part starts with a plan you approve and is tested on your own data. Done when every service that is going away has its replacement.

### Parallel run

Your key people review and sign off. The system runs next to the old one for at least a month, and nothing goes to customers or accounting. Done when you have approved the result.

### Switch and cancellation

The last transfer, training and switch. Contracts are cancelled and the saving starts. Done when the last old system is switched off.

### Service agreement

Backups, monitoring, bug fixing and patching of security holes. Runs until you cancel it, with three months' notice.

That is also when the saving starts.

You pay for servers, database and AI usage directly to the provider, and we include them in the calculation. The service agreement runs until you cancel it, with three months' notice. Replies the next working day, the same day if the system is down.
