# No cookies, no tracking

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics tools. We only want the details you choose to send us.

## Data controller

## The contact form

Your name, email, company, phone, number of employees, message and any calculation are used to reply to you. The legal basis is legitimate interest: answering your enquiry and holding a business dialogue. The details go into our own business system and a notification goes to our internal work channel. We keep them while the dialogue continues and delete them at the latest 24 months after the last contact, unless you become a customer.

## Booking a meeting

If you pick a time, an event is created in Niels's Google Calendar with your company name and email, and Google sends the invitation. This goes through Composio, the service that connects our business system to the calendar. The event stays in the calendar until we remove it.

## The calculator

What you fill in on the calculation stays in your browser. None of it reaches us until you choose to send the calculation through the contact form. The link you can copy contains your values, so only share it with those who should see them.

## The questions in the calculator

If you answer the questions, the answers go through our server to TypeSafe, which checks that the text does not try to steer the AI, and to an AI model, which suggests services. We do not save them. Please leave personal details out of your answers.

## Server logs

Our servers are in Germany. Technical logs are used for operations and security and contain nothing from the form.

## Your rights

You can request a copy, correction or deletion by emailing us. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
