An agenticbusiness systemfor your company

We gather your processes in one system that you own. Much of it is automated with plain rules, without AI. An agent can do the rest, with the same permissions as the employee and with everything logged.

For companies with 40 employees or more, with no tech team of their own or a patchwork of SaaS services.

Everything on your accounts

Code, servers, database, keys and AI accounts are in your name from day one.

Parallel run first

The system runs next to the old one for at least a month. Nothing goes to customers or accounting.

The last payment comes last

You pay the last part when the last old system is switched off.

24 months, or we say so

If your figures do not show the project paid back within 24 months we say so, and you pay nothing more.

Yes code > No code

When code is almost free to generate, the no-code solutions of the past only get in the way of the business systems of the future. We are not limited by existing systems.

Coding is a solved problem. Defining the perfect processes for your company is not.

If you can dream you can get it.

Does this sound familiar?

  1. 01

The same customer is typed into several systems, and the details differ.

  2. 02

Every service charges per user, so the bill grows with the staff.

  3. 03

Month-end and invoice data need Excel and someone who knows every system.

  4. 04

Your AI tools see one service at a time and cannot do the job from start to finish.

Most of it needs no AI

With all data in one place, much runs on plain rules. AI is used where the rules run out, and there a person decides.

The system does it

Fixed rules without AI. The same thing every time.

  • Invoice data when the job is done
  • Reminder about a time report
  • Warning when a contract expires
  • Reconciliation against the quote

The agent does it

Fetches, compares and drafts, with the same permissions as the person it helps.

  • Fetches time and materials
  • Compares the job with the quote
  • Drafts the invoice
  • Answers questions about margin

A person decides

Price, approvals, bookings and sending, unless you have decided otherwise.

  • Approves invoices
  • Decides the price
  • Books crews
  • Sends to the customer

An ordinary Tuesday

The invoices are written before the coffee

What follows fixed rules already happened overnight. The rest you ask the agent for, and it stops where a person has to decide.

One system that gathers everything and follows how you work

One truth

Customers, quotes, jobs, time, invoice data and staff are in the same database. Reports match because there is only one figure.

Your processes

The system follows your steps and your words. If you change how you work the system changes, without waiting for a vendor's roadmap.

Less admin

What follows rules happens by itself: reminders, invoice data, reconciliations. What is a decision goes to a person. Accounting and invoicing can run fully automated, following an accounting instruction approved by your auditor.

Your own agent

Ask, summarise or register in the chat, on the phone or from your own AI tool. The agent never reaches more than the user can.

It is the time that pays

The licences rarely cover more than the new running costs. Automation is what makes the difference, so we measure it with the people doing the work before you decide.

This is migrated and built

No customer has gone all the way to switched-off old systems yet. So we show what has been done and no savings we have not measured.

DrawbackDouble work and many contractsLong implementationRequires a decision maker at your end and a developer: us through the service agreement or someone you choose

Yes, if

  • You have 40 employees or more and no tech team of your own, or a patchwork of SaaS services.
  • You work in your own way and have an owner or CEO who can decide quickly.
  • You want to automate your processes and work with agents.

If a standard system fits and few users complain, the right answer is usually to keep it. We say that too.

Will we depend on you?

Code, servers, database, keys and AI accounts are on your accounts from day one. All operations and technology are documented so that another developer can take over. If you cancel the service agreement the system keeps working.

What happens if you are not available?

The system and its backups run without us, and you have all access. Everything is documented, and the code and servers are yours, so you can hire any developer.

Is it secure?

Two-factor login, roles and a log of every change. Logins to your old systems are kept in a key vault. The servers are in Germany. Your dependencies are checked every hour against known vulnerabilities, and restoring from backup is tested every quarter. With a single system, data processing agreements are few. Our contract states which AI provider is used and whether data leaves the EU.

What happens when the AI gets it wrong?

Much runs on fixed rules without AI. Where AI is used it proposes and people decide. Price, approvals, bookings and sending require a person, unless you have decided otherwise. Imported data shows its source. Everything is logged, so an error can be traced and corrected. The agent has the same permissions as the user.
